VIP day breakdown
On the morning of our VIP day we will spend up to 2 hours going through everything we need to go through in relation to your desired launch. This is when we tackle all the important stuff. If you have team members such as a VA, they are welcome to join the session.
After our call I will get to work!
I will create a bespoke detailed launch plan in Asana and alongside a detailed launch planning document that will include all the key dates, goals and responsibilities so nothing falls through the cracks.
If I have any questions for you during this time I will touch base via Voxer or our pre-arranged communication method
Once I have done my magic we have another call where I walk you through the plan in details. You have time to ask any questions you might have and we will work on any alterations needed.
You can record the call and keep to share with team or use as needed
After the handover you have access to me via Voxer or email for a whole week with any project related questions you might have. If anything tech related regarding the plan I will happily provide you with Loom walkthroughs and videos too
This is an extra bonus I provide all my clients that launch on the scheduled launch dates.
If you launch according to the set plan I will provide additional Voxer support during your launch week and open cart, at no additional charge!
